My family, including my precious fur babies, is my world, and spending time with them brings me endless joy.

For over a decade, I've been on a passionate journey in health and wellness, driven by a desire to help everyday people, like you and me, achieve extraordinary things and live our best lives. Everything was going great until those dreaded words, "you have cancer," turned my world upside down. It was a harrowing yet transformative experience. A few years later our cat was diagnosed with the same vicious disease. Sadly, we lost him at the young age of eight. These personal tragedies only fueled my fire to advocate for safer, more holistic living options.
